Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S principles.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment centers is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid driver's license (optional, depending on role).
