Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to strict quality standards and safety protocols.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems accurately to ensure inventory accuracy and traceability.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging materials are used to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times to comply with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and quotas efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills required for scanning and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
