Responsibilities
- Pack items securely and efficiently according to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Verify accuracy of orders against packing slips and pick tickets.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipping in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and equipment operating procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (GED accepted).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
