Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Label packages correctly and attach shipping documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners and packing machinery, with precision.
- Assist in inventory control processes and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to the Fort Wayne facility.
