Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to specific packing lists and safety guidelines.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging materials are sufficient for secure shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification is a plus).
- Perform regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies with the inventory management system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly atmosphere.
