Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage before packaging.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas to maximize warehouse space.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of packing stations and equipment.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily throughput targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, packing, or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
