- Lead and mentor warehouse team members in daily operations
- Oversee receiving, inventory control, and shipping processes
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Train new hires on equipment use and procedures
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing departments

Qualifications
