Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems, conducting cycle counts and audits
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free operations
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound shipments
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety certifications
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
