Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify product quantities, labels, and shipping details to minimize errors and returns.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as handheld scanners and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Ensure the packing area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
