Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, adhering to all quality and safety standards.
- Inspect products for defects, damage, or quality issues before packaging.
- Label packages correctly and verify shipping information to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to 5S principles.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock counts and replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as required by business needs.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
