Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize warehouse workflow
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines
- Utilize remote-friendly scheduling tools for shift management
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn digital tools
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Lubbock facility
- Experience with remote-friendly scheduling apps preferred
