Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and pallets using hand trucks and pallet jacks
- Inspect and organize incoming/outgoing inventory for accuracy
- Maintain clean and safe warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
