Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and damage before packaging to maintain high-quality standards.
- Labeling & Documentation: Properly label packages with shipping information and maintain accurate inventory logs.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate standard packing machinery and hand tools as required.
- Workstation Maintenance: Keep your workspace organized and clean to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy in packing processes.
- Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic for weighing and labeling items.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
