Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging quality meets standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Replenish stock levels on shelves and pallets as needed.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely dispatch.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
