As an Order Packer, you will play a crucial role in our fulfillment process, ensuring that our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. We provide comprehensive training and a safe, clean working environment.
Responsibilities
- Pack & Ship: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using proper packaging materials and equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before packing.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of packed items and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Organization: Keep packing stations organized and free of debris to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace guidelines to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
