Responsibilities
- Pack Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to size and weight requirements.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure the correct items are included in each shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and packing machinery.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep the packing station organized and assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in shipping.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business demands.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation.
