As an Order Packer, you will be the final gatekeeper of our shipping process. You will ensure that every customer order is packed securely, accurately, and ready for shipment. Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label customer orders according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Verify the accuracy of items against packing slips and pick tickets using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse machinery and packing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and fulfillment targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the Santa Ana facility.
