Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific pick tickets and safety guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure proper packaging materials are used to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (forklift certification provided upon hire), and RF scanners.
- Update inventory systems in real-time and verify scanned items against order details.
- Collaborate with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and ensuring proper organization of inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours) in a warehouse setting.
- Basic math skills and keen attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
