Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment (tape guns, labelers, shrink wrappers) efficiently
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisors
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking and updates
- Support seasonal inventory cycles and peak-period operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation and punctuality record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to cross-train in related warehouse functions
