Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high degree of accuracy to ensure timely delivery.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and reconcile inventory against packing slips.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Assist in loading trucks and organizing storage areas as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
