Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to pick lists and packing slips.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging materials are in good condition.
- Label packages correctly with appropriate shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including shelves and packing stations.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to prevent workplace accidents.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Basic reading and math skills for reading pick lists and measuring quantities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
