Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders by selecting products and preparing them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Loading/Unloading: Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Stock Organization: Keep storage areas organized, clean, and accessible.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
