Responsibilities
- Pack items into boxes according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Label packages clearly with shipping information, barcodes, and addresses.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards).
- Inspect goods for damage or defects before packing.
- Assist with loading outbound trucks and organizing the warehouse floor as needed.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not mandatory.
