Responsibilities
- Pack & Prepare Orders: Efficiently pack products into boxes or crates to ensure safe delivery, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly labeled.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and verify that orders match the packing slip to maintain high-quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Material Handling: Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment to pick and prepare orders for shipment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep your workstation and packing area clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are the only requirements.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to ensure customer orders are correct and free of damage.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read labels, barcodes, and perform basic counting tasks.
