Responsibilities
- Load and unload palletized goods from refrigerated trucks and trailers with precision and speed.
- Monitor storage temperatures regularly to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to minimize workplace risks.
- Perform routine sanitation and organization of storage aisles and racks.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize stock placement and retrieval processes.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of temperature-sensitive shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly in cold environments.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
