Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label merchandise for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Verify that all items are correctly picked against the packing slip.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory.
- Ensure packaging materials are used correctly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to work.
