Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications using proper techniques
- Operate packaging equipment (tape dispensers, box cutters, scales) safely and efficiently
- Verify product quantities and quality before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory records using our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with remote team members via Slack/Teams for order prioritization
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workstation
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings for performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for digital inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
- Comfortable with hybrid work model (on-site packing + remote collaboration)
