Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label merchandise for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with OSHA regulations.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing efficiency and workflow.
- Load outbound shipments onto delivery trucks safely and securely.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including standing for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
