Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Scan and label packages for shipment tracking
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity before dispatch
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing workflows
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
