Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality and defects.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily targets.
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely using proper equipment.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
