Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate packaging equipment including shrink wrappers and sealers
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory zones and stock rotation
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
