Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, label, and stack inventory according to established shipping protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
