Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders with 100% accuracy.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts) safely.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Keep the packing station organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work in various temperatures.
