Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Verify item quantities and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately and securely according to shipping guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we train).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
