Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting processes as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing workflows and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions strictly.
