Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners and handheld devices to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Organize and maintain inventory on the warehouse floor, ensuring products are properly labeled and shelved.
- Load and unload trucks safely, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment when necessary.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline picking processes and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
- Report damaged inventory or equipment issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
