Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Verify items against packing slips and label packages appropriately.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation as needed.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, tape dispensers, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with the shipping and receiving team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory checks.
- Experience with barcode scanners or similar devices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to the Saint Paul facility.
