Responsibilities
- Pack products securely and accurately according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Verify order contents against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to log inventory data.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station at all times.
- Label packages correctly with shipping details and barcodes.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving teams to meet daily quotas.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and inventory organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or fulfillment center setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn handheld scanner technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Must be able to work in a temperature-controlled environment.
