As an Order Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging quality to prevent damage during transit.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and verify orders.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily shipping targets.Load and unload trucks using proper equipment when necessary.Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts.Valid driver's license may be required for warehouse driving duties.
