Responsibilities
- Accurate Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to strict quality and accuracy standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and scanning items as they are processed.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging to ensure only high-quality items are shipped.
- Labeling & Documentation: Apply correct shipping labels, barcodes, and documentation to all packages.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing station, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic warehouse management software.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is essential for this role.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and communicate effectively with team members.
- High School Diploma: Minimum requirement; experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
