Responsibilities
- Pack products into boxes, cartons, or crates according to specific customer orders and safety guidelines.
- Verify items against packing slips to ensure accuracy and prevent shipping errors.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Utilize warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, to move inventory safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure high safety standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed by management.
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
