Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality standards are met before packaging.
- Label packages correctly and apply shipping documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for reading work orders and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
