Responsibilities
- Pack orders accurately and securely using proper packaging materials to prevent damage.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory and orders.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality control standards.
- Label packages clearly with correct shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks when necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift).
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus.
