Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed using packing lists.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and packaging defects before shipment.
- Properly label, weigh, and prepare packages for shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Handle merchandise with care to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read a packing list.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
