Responsibilities
- Pick and pack high-volume orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in OSHA-compliant environments
- Optimize picking routes to meet/exceed daily productivity targets (150+ units/hour)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs
- Train new associates on warehouse systems and best practices
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve workflow bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume warehouse operations
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Proficiency with WMS systems (Manhattan, Blue Yonder preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
