Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory status.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Valid forklift certification (CDL not required but a plus).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
