Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain a safe work environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and safety checks for forklifts and other machinery.
- Prepare weekly reports on operational performance and staff attendance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and procedures.
