Responsibilities
- Direct daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to ensure a secure working environment.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and report any necessary repairs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computer applications (Excel, SAP).
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
