Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and conduct cycle counts for inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to FDA and DOT compliance standards for hazardous materials handling
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with inventory system exposure
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
