Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using warehouse management systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery with zero-error tolerance
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory throughout the facility
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces while adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics environment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
